Un proyecto bien planeado, con atención a los detalles, que busca cambiar las actividades rutinarias por experiencias de calidad. El concepto de comunidad es un elemento esencial en el diseño y el ideal del proyecto. Sus espacios comunes y amenidades tailor made están ahí para crear esos momentos en los que se comparten experiencias, ideas y tienen lugar conversaciones espontáneas que nos hacen coincidir con alguien más y sentirnos parte de algo.

La belleza y calidad de sus espacios pero a la vez su intención, donde todos crean comunidad, ya sea durante un encuentro de paddle, en el simulador de golf o una noche espectacular en su increíble rooftop. Así como la mente permanece conectada al cuerpo, y el cuerpo al espíritu, así las personas experimentamos una conexión real con los espacios, el entorno, y desde luego con quienes compartimos estos lugares. La idea de vivir en completo bienestar no es exclusiva de un solo aspecto, depende del equilibrio y armonía entre todas estas partes.
BLAS es para los que compartimos esta misma idea y buscamos el balance através de todo lo que hacemos, quienes creemos que nuestro hogar, lugar de trabajo y los espacios recreativos que frecuentamos deben integrarse de forma que promuevan y nos lleven al estado de bienestar al que aspiramos.

The idea of living in complete wellness is not exclusive of one aspect; it depends on the balance and harmony among all these things. BLAS is for those of us who share this idea, those who think our home, our workplace, and recreational spaces we visit must be integrated so they can take us to the state of well being that we aspire to.

Its common areas and tailor-made amenities are there to facilitate those moments in which experiences and share ideas and have spontaneous conversations that make us concur with our neighbors and then we feel part of something.
This makes BLAS different from other projects; the beauty and quality of its design, but also the intention to create a community among those who take part, either in a paddle match, at the golf simulator, or enjoying the spectacular view at the rooftop.
Interior design in BLAS has been curated by Portuguese architect Filipao Nunez and its award-winning rm and studio, under the philosophy that every aspect should create and promote sensory experiences for its users. Every detail is about modulation, scale, lightning, and geometry. The idea of living, sensing, and touching and so breathing the architecture defines all its projects. Similarly, designing from a deep respect for human scale and the environment, prising this relationship along with satisfying the user needs, exceeding their expectations.
BLAS and its environment essence synchronize perfectly through Filipao Nunez design, elevating the experience of the beach lifestyle with luxury amenities.
